1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MyMedStock mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is operated by Bonna Studio, referred to as "we", "us", or "our". See the Legal Entity section at the bottom of this page for full registered business details.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyMedStock. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. What MyMedStock Is — and Is Not
The App helps you:
- track the quantity of medications you have at home,
- estimate how many days your supply will last based on dosage information you provide,
- plan ahead for medical appointments and trips.
All calculations are estimates based on data you enter. They do not account for missed doses, dose changes not recorded in the App, or any other real-world variation.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data you enter into the App (medication names, dosages, quantities, expiry dates),
- verifying medication stock levels and expiry dates with the physical packaging before making any medical decisions,
- consulting a licensed healthcare professional or pharmacist for any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions,
- keeping your account credentials secure.
5. No Medical Advice
MyMedStock does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as a recommendation regarding dosage, treatment, or any medical decision. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before making changes to your medication regimen.
6. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account using an email address and password, or sign in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' data,
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App,
- use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonna Studio shall not be liable for:
- any inaccuracies in stock calculations resulting from incorrect or incomplete data entered by the user,
- any harm resulting from reliance on the App's estimates without independent verification,
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account and data. This will permanently remove your data within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
